• Experience in startups or building business units from scratch.
• Proven track record in IT sector with understanding of software development and market trends.
• Leadership capability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in financial management including budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
