Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional technology certifications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies referenced in the job description.
• Experience in an office environment, including knowledge of processes and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with exceptional time management skills.
• Prior experience in IT Consulting or Managed Services is preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance models such as CMMC, PCI, HIPAA is a plus.
• Prior leadership experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide escalated technical support for Microsoft-based systems including Active Directory, Exchange, and other Office 365 products.
• Proactively monitor and resolve complex issues related to device enrollment and application performance.
• Perform system administration tasks like configuration, patch management, and software upgrades.
• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with support teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with project work as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate in adopting DevOps processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations planning.
• Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies.
• Implement Conditional Access and MFA in Azure tenant.
• Manage devices using Intune and Autopilot.
• Familiar with Microsoft Security Products.
• Engage with clients to find opportunities for additional services.
• Exhibit leadership in Managed Services environment.
