Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of field or virtual customer experience and/or account management, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a quota/goal driven environment.
• Ability to master and communicate technical specifications.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales.
• Ability to strategize within cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong digital marketing aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers virtually through digital channels.
• Develop a comprehensive and effective territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
• Promote Axsome products within approved labeling ethically and in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs.
• Serve as a consultant on payer policies and processes.
• Maximize use of marketing resources to develop customer relationships.
• Communicate territory activities accurately and timely.
• Provide feedback to sales and commercial leadership.
• Complete training classes and administrative duties accurately.
• Manage efforts within promotional budget.
• Collaborate across corporate functions for patient access.
