Requirements:

• Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry.
• Finished IT sourcing or recruitment courses.
• Strong research skills, including hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools such as X-Ray and Boolean search.
• Experience in sourcing and screening profiles on LinkedIn outside of own network.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Demonstration of KindGeek corporate values: trust, transparency, social responsibility, and the sense of beauty.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates daily to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conducting candidate mapping, sourcing, and assessments to identify ideal profiles.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates to foster engagement and trust.
• Maintaining and updating recruitment-related reports for accurate tracking and transparency.
• Participating in team standups and supporting initiatives to enhance sourcing and recruitment processes.
