Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of customer success or similar face-to-face experience.
  • Experience with implementing software and understanding enterprise software is desirable.
  • Understanding of supply chains is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, as required, up to 30%.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong contacts within the organization through proactive outreach.
  • Create customer success plans with defined key performance indicators.
  • Engage with customers regularly to review performance metrics and training needs.
  • Provide escalation management for clients while offering support.
  • Plan and conduct regular business reviews to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Communicate client feedback for product enhancements.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and statuses.
  • Lead or support other assigned projects.
