Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred for development PMs.
• 4-7 years relevant work experience.
• Canadian Clinical Healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of Altera’s Sunrise Clinical Manager.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and creative in proposing solutions.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers projects on schedule and within budget as specified by project plans.
• Ensures the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manages project risks through prioritization, planning, up to delivery.
• Defines a communication plan suitable to the project size and importance.
• Ensures that the project scope is clearly defined and documented at the onset of the project.
• Manages scope changes and change requests, escalating as necessary.
• Anticipates and communicates the impact of project decisions on client commitments.
• Creates and monitors risk logs and actively mitigates risks.
• Demonstrates project control through disciplined measurement, assessment, planning, and reporting.
• Establishes trusted relationships with the project team and stakeholders.
• Completes project status and reporting consistently.
• Builds relationships across internal and external organizational functions.
• Motivates the team and finds solutions to overcome difficulties.
• Shares and encourages the use of lessons learned from projects.
• Identifies and implements improvements to processes.
