Requirements:

• Minimum of one Salesforce certification; Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
• 5+ years experience with Salesforce setup and configuration.
• 5+ years business analyst or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience with a Salesforce Partner or equivalent.
• Experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Preferred knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management and development of Salesforce for clients.
• Ensure full utilization and tailoring of the platform to match business objectives.
• Review and analyze business processes and information needs.
• Implement change management initiatives to improve user experience.
• Oversee Salesforce Functional project team and support the team and platform.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business and technical requirements.
• Produce functional and system design documentation.
• Facilitate testing of new functionality rollouts.
• Develop complex reports and dashboards.
