Requirements:

- Success in building relationships with various stakeholders.
- Preferred existing network of regional and national partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for informed decision-making.
- Fluent in German.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners with innovation and growth track records.
- Collaborate with partners and internal marketing to implement joint programs.
- Proactively identify and solve inefficiencies in the sales process.
- Partner with the Account Executive team to utilize the partner ecosystem for new opportunities.
- Own regional partner events and campaigns, aligning with company objectives.
- Establish relationships with sales leadership and technical teams to enhance partner success.
- Coordinate with internal teams for alignment with company strategy and industry trends.
