Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a respected Philippine university.
CA, CPA, or equivalent certification is desired.
5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Xero is required.
Prior experience in a start-up as an Accounting Manager or Accountant for an Australian-based company.
Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards.
Experience with New Zealand and US accounting practices is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations for various accounts.
Execute payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Prepare monthly financial reports and quarterly GST returns.
Assist the loan portfolio management team with accounting and budget monitoring.
