Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers through remote channels.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently.
• Guide customers through technical processes and help them utilize our products effectively.
• Document all interactions and solutions to enhance service quality and training materials.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain well-informed about product updates and industry trends.
