• 5+ years of client management/sales experience in agencies or digital B2B marketing.

• 5+ years of experience in creative studio environments with insight, content, and demand programs.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-channel integrated marketing programs, including ABM and Media.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Manager, Client Services will manage the day-to-day client relationship and commercial growth within a portfolio.
• Provide superior customer service while maximizing business opportunities and efficiency.
• Understand client compensation structures and provide regular project updates on KPIs.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure teams are well-briefed.
• Scope project briefs and collaborate on integrated initiatives.
• Incorporate agency tools in planning processes and stay updated on industry trends.
• Manage client profitability, tackle issues affecting profitability, and report accurate revenue figures.
• Oversee financial health of projects and report profitability to portfolio leads.
