Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, HR set-up, and HR running operations, ideally in two or more different countries.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a determination to independently and creatively unblock challenges.
  • Open-minded and entrepreneurial work attitude with a flexible response to varied tasks.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
  • Executing WorkMotion’s international expansion strategy by helping to understand and set up HR processes in new countries.
  • Analyzing HR requirements on a country-by-country basis and building the knowledge to operate in new countries.
  • Drafting and implementing HR processes for hiring and managing employees across global entities while ensuring standardization.
  • Collaborating with Legal, Client Operations, Finance, and Product teams to integrate and optimize processes globally.
