Requirements:

2+ years of experience in HR, HR set-up, and HR running operations, ideally in two or more different countries.
Project management experience.
Proven problem-solving skills with a determination to independently and creatively unblock challenges.
Open-minded and entrepreneurial work attitude with a flexible response to varied tasks.
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

Executing WorkMotion’s international expansion strategy by helping to understand and set up HR processes in new countries.
Analyzing HR requirements on a country-by-country basis and building the knowledge to operate in new countries.
Drafting and implementing HR processes for hiring and managing employees across global entities while ensuring standardization.
Collaborating with Legal, Client Operations, Finance, and Product teams to integrate and optimize processes globally.
