Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a security system engineer, Solutions Engineer, or systems integrator.
  • Working knowledge of common SaaS solutions such as SFDC, O365, Zoom, Box, Slack, Okta, Github, ServiceNow, and Workday.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in securing SaaS/cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of API-based security and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience working with customers, including positioning, demonstrating, and configuring security products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with enterprise security space and enterprise transactions.
  • Strong problem finding and solving skills.
  • Understanding of exploits, malware, ransomware, and related topics.
  • Technical acumen with a broad background in security and infrastructure.
  • Programming and DevOps experience is a plus.
  • Experience with working with Channel partners and understanding a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise for AppOmni customer opportunities identified by the sales team.
  • Present AppOmni to customers at all levels from technical engineering team members to C-level decision makers.
  • Provide technical demos to customer prospects.
  • Run and own customer Risk Assessments and Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements.
  • Lead technical conversations about SaaS security industry trends and emerging challenges.
  • Interact locally and remotely with customers persuasively.
  • Be the technical voice of Sales for SaaS security and compliance.
  • Champion SaaS security best practices and innovations.
  • Work with Product Management and Product Marketing for building product features based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales with Customer Success team.
  • Foster relationships with SaaS security partners and vendors.
  • Assist in the maintenance of AppOmni Demo systems and demo guides.
