Requirements:

• 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years of people management.
• Experience in overseeing emerging product areas or new market segments, preferably within data-focused or B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience in product-led growth environments driving adoption and activation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments that encourage innovation and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Define, set priorities for, and execute strategic growth opportunities, particularly for service provider expansion.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including executives, sales, customer success, marketing and engineering to ensure seamless alignment and execution of product strategies.
• Establish and own a dynamic product roadmap based on market insights, customer needs, and company goals.
• Oversee and mentor Product Manager(s) to iterate quickly and deliver products that resonate with the service provider market.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and drive ongoing improvements.
• Lead market research and customer feedback initiatives to understand the service provider landscape.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
