Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer sciences.
• Major industry accreditations/certifications.
• 12+ years of experience as an architect or equivalent in the hosting and network space.
• Proven experience managing projects through the entire lifecycle with high client satisfaction.
• Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions.
• Knowledge of hosting technology including compute, storage, backup, network, security, DR, DevOps, and IT governance.
• Good understanding of sales processes for large opportunities.
• Resourceful in crisis management and confident under pressure.
• Experience in technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with counterparts in Sales and Consulting to create strategies for existing Enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery workshops to drive account penetration.
• Develop solutions meeting client requirements focusing on transformation.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to various audiences.
• Engage with executives to gain buy-in for complex solutions.
• Provide consultation and recommendations as a trusted advisor.
• Align with Product Management to drive product enhancements.
