Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, device management, and security.
• Solid understanding of VPNs, password management, SSO, 2FA, and SOC2 compliance.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in tracking devices and permissions.
• Effective communicator with troubleshooting skills, guiding employees on security practices.
• Proven reliability and follow-through.
• Effective in a remote setup with stable internet connection and willingness to work graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up devices for new hires following security protocols and management systems.
• Handle device returns for exiting employees and maintain organized tracking.
• Set up secure virtual machines for remote workers, particularly in the Philippines and Mexico.
• Implement a password manager and VPNs, and train employees on secure usage.
• Oversee software permissions including SSO and two-factor authentication.
• Administer compliance training and assist employees with inquiries.
• Review transaction monitoring alerts and manage customer complaint escalations.
• Conduct manual KYC and KYB.
• Perform routine assessments of vendor security and monitor internal practices.
