Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or minimum of two years customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training which includes overall instruction and preparation for advancing to the next level.
• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
• Establishes accurate scope of damages and uses estimates for claims.
• Investigates coverage, damages, and liability for claims.
• Negotiates settlements and communicates outcomes effectively.
• Maintains claim files and ensures compliance with regulations.
