Requirements:
  • Advanced studies in business administration with an emphasis in HR or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Costa Rica's labor law, employee relations, and legal advice.
  • 2 or more years working as HR Generalist/Analyst with experience in various HR areas.
  • Basic knowledge of Payroll, CCSS, and INS processes.
  • Proven fluency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the owner of the new employee orientation, ensuring alignment with local needs and corporate philosophy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for leaders on labor law questions, internal policies, and payroll.
  • Conduct employee-related investigations and collaborate with HR managers.
  • Create and review disciplinary actions and termination letters.
  • Sponsor and promote recognition programs.
  • Lead educational processes for new leaders regarding HR functions.
  • Communicate HR initiatives and support accurate employee changes in systems.
  • Generate Ad Hoc reports based on HR metrics and analyze them.
