- Advanced studies in business administration with an emphasis in HR or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Costa Rica's labor law and employee relations.
- 2 or more years working as HR Generalist/Analyst with experience in all HR areas.
- Basic knowledge in Payroll, CCSS, and INS processes.
- Proven fluency in verbal and writing English skills.
- Strong attention to detail, task management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and HR Administration tools.
- Be the owner of new employee orientation, including delivery, scheduling, and presenter coordination.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days.
- Address leaders' labor law questions and issues, benefits, and internal policies.
- Conduct employee-related investigations such as attendance and performance issues.
- Create and review disciplinary actions and termination letters.
- Act as a sponsor of recognition programs.
- Lead educational processes for new leaders on HR functions.
- Communicate HR initiatives in writing and through presentations.
- Create Ad Hoc reports from various HR metrics.
- Support employee offboarding processes.
