Principal Technical Product Manager, Application Infrastructure

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a SaaS company.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong engineering background with understanding of APIs, networking, and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with service mesh and data plane platforms like Envoy.
• Experience with event-messaging platforms like Pulsar, and SMS/email providers such as Twilio and Sendgrid.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with open-source technologies and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for application infrastructure aligned with company vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on market trends.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap for application services and integration technologies.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and external partners.
• Work with security, compliance, and R&D teams for platform success.
• Monitor product success and identify areas for improvement.
