Rust Development Lead

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• A minimum of 3 years specializing in Rust programming and blockchain development.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong background in developing distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain applications.
• Solid understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and play-to-earn (P2E) gaming ecosystems.
• Proficient in cryptographic principles and familiar with blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Polkadot, and Solana.
• Experience with Substrate or other blockchain development frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor a team of Rust developers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and best practices.
• Drive the development, testing, and deployment of innovative products and solutions in Rust, focused on blockchain and Web3 technologies.
• Collaborate closely with blockchain architects, product managers, and game developers to create secure and high-performance decentralized applications.
• Optimize code for efficiency, scalability, and security, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission.
• Develop and maintain integrations with blockchain APIs, libraries, and protocols for seamless interoperability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and uphold industry best practices across the Rust development team.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in Rust, blockchain technology, and decentralized gaming to improve development practices.
