Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Level 3 Certification in Vibration Analysis; ARP Certification preferred.
8+ years in vibration analysis and reliability in the steel, paper, or cement industries.
Proficiency in RCA, FMEA, and vibration analysis techniques.
Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project).
Basic knowledge of instrumentation relevant to rotating equipment.
Extensive experience with complex gearboxes, rolling mills, and paper applications.

Responsibilities:

Perform remote vibration analysis on complex rotating machinery.
Troubleshoot issues in steel, paper mills, and cement applications using process conditions, vibration signatures, and oil analysis.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to determine equipment failures and provide comprehensive reports.
Implement solutions to enhance mechanical reliability, minimize costs, improve safety, and address environmental concerns.
Lead and participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
Provide training on dashboard features to customers and conduct monthly visits for technical discussions and service reviews.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports and key account updates.
