• Understanding of successful partner relations.
• Experience managing partners in the SaaS industry.
• Outbound approach to partner engagement.
• Experience training sales partner teams.
• Proactive/hunter attitude.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new partners and build a network in the assigned region.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide training and support to new partner recruits.
• Engage partners to maintain a steady flow of referral leads.
• Monitor partner performance and customer satisfaction.
• Motivate and coach partner employees.
• Evaluate existing partners and suggest improvements.
• Establish effective communication with partners.
• Monitor competitor activity for market growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and participate in events and trade shows.
• Participate in marketing actions involving the partner channel.
• Reach or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
