Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of overall product design experience.
• 2+ years of team leading experience.
• Proven experience in UX/UX research and design usability testing.
• Proven experience in client collaboration in a B2B environment.
• Skilled in building design processes and finding solutions in new environments.
• Proficient in documentation and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Own everything design-related in Monite with a focus on product design.
• Lead the design team and establish clear design priorities across the company.
• Develop and maintain design processes for both internal products and customer implementations.
• Support client collaboration with the Customer Success team and enable the design team to build well-tested designs.
• Hire, develop, and manage the design team.
• Lead Monite's brand development and key client implementations from a design perspective.
