Requirements:

• Proven track record in defining strategy, driving roadmap, and executing educational resources.
• Strong customer empathy and a desire to understand and solve problems for technical users.
• Domain knowledge of the container and security ecosystems.
• Experience in writing and communicating technical topics to varied audiences.
• Skilled at research and learning new technical concepts quickly.
• Experience in instructional design or curriculum development.

Responsibilities:

• Conceive of, build, design, and execute training courses and educational resources for certification and product proficiency.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to plan, deliver, and iterate on training products.
• Scope, plan, and iterate on Courses and Academy strategy for product adoption.
• Launch new features, test, and iterate.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify strengths, growth opportunities, and enhance the service for Sales, Customer Success, and external users.
• Participate in Product initiatives to ensure content and design provide an excellent educational experience.
