Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English (Spoken and Written) is a MUST.
• 2+ years of working experience related to required skillsets.
• Experience in teaching technical concepts and public speaking.
• Experience organizing technical talks or webinars.
• Positive character, trusted by the students.
• Existing tech network and ability to engage in technical discussions.
• Flexibility to take this challenge part-time as an external contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for students daily over an online community forum.
• Answer questions around course content and facilitate assistance for students who get stuck.
• Participate in organizing community activities to ensure an engaging learning environment.
• Share relevant extracurricular information and useful resources.
• Attend regular online meetings with Udacity representatives and be responsive in discussions.
• Provide one-on-one support and conduct online webinars.
