Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Experience partnering with Business Development and Sales teams and owning pipeline targets.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset for maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets with ad spend over $1MPQ.
• Bias towards aggressive experimentation and innovation.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Bonus: Fluency in one or more non-English languages.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with channel experts to execute strategy and drive investment across digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email, CRO, Display, 3rd Party) in international markets.
• Own the international digital marketing budget and report on performance and pipeline targets.
• Adapt local content themes, messaging, and creative for targeted markets.
• Grow a decision-maker database in top accounts for high-value prospects.
• Map and prioritize target account markets in partnership with local sales teams.
• Analyze lead conversion and ROI to maximize lead sources.
• Support international strategy in established and emerging markets with local partners.
• Provide visibility to sales leadership through updates and business reviews.
• Design and execute local campaigns from ideation to implementation.
