Requirements:

BA/BS degree and 5+ years global compensation experience.
Experience with Radford and other compensation surveys.
Strong Excel expertise and experience with Workday preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills in verbal, written, and presentation areas.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Responsibilities:

Identifies and participates in compensation benchmarking and interacts with partner consulting organizations.
Conduces analyses on market data and works with leadership to develop job profiles.
Participates in annual total compensation planning including system testing and data audits.
Designs and updates global salary schedules and collaborates with Talent Acquisition to price roles.
Prepares offer templates and compensation materials and researches industry trends for recommendations.
