Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of payroll and stock administration management.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll or stock administration applications is a plus.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of accounting standards related to stock-based compensation (ASC 718).
• Experience maximizing effectiveness in a SOX compliant environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage the capitalization table and equity programs through all plan-related actions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and stock plan regulations, maintaining accurate records.
• Lead efforts to optimize payroll and stock administration systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll and stock administration.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
