Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a corporate sales support role preferred, ideally in renewals and IT industry.
• Prior experience with CRM software required, with a preference for Salesforce.com.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
• Technical sales support and outbound calling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, solid math skills, and good judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between External Business Partners, Account Executives, Accounting, and Contracts Departments.
• Track and manage Renewals opportunities, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Manage Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and suggest pricing solutions.
• Assist Account Executives in increasing profitability of renewals.
• Attend forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis.
• Adhere to process changes and develop product knowledge.
