Systems Analyst, Enterprise Apps (Anaplan)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of system administration and support experience of EPMs like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, and other finance applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on model building experience in Anaplan with a focus on financial modeling.
• 1 year of configuration experience in Finance systems like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, Procurement, Revenue, and General Accounting business processes.
• Experience with implementation of Anaplan and its integrations with other systems.
• Understanding of month-end accounting processes.
• Experience with Agile methodology - sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting in Jira.
• Knowledge of production Support, incident, and defect management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for Anaplan and other financial applications.
• Analyze current business processes, perform fit/gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Anaplan model building for Planning/Budgeting and Financial Reporting processes.
• Responsible for administration, configuration, release management, maintenance, and support of Anaplan platform.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Anaplan and other finance applications, including custom modules, dashboards, and integrations.
• Lead design workshops, prototyping solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch automated solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for identified features and lead user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues, support business process transformation initiatives, and conduct training sessions.
