Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
• Require a master’s level license such as LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, LPC, or Psychologist license number.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in children's mental health and child welfare.
• Prior leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft software.
• Understanding of CSED Waiver program policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility and a proactive willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure contract deliverables are met, particularly regarding Service Support Facilitator functions.
• Provide direct supervision to employees.
• Develop and refine operational guidelines for increased efficiency.
• Analyze performance measures and troubleshoot issues to implement improvements.
• Conduct inter-rater reliability activities for consistency and accuracy.
• Supervise and manage QIA processes, including reports and liaison with the Medical Eligibility Contract Agent.
