Requirements:

Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and an active admission to a State Bar.
7+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements, with 4+ years in-house at a technology company.
Background in commercial transactions related to technology and SaaS.
Knowledge of data privacy laws like CCPA and GDPR, and experience in drafting and negotiating related terms.
Experience working with large multinational partners, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Reseller, MSSP, and partnership agreements.
Drafting and negotiating vendor agreements including SaaS, software, hardware, and cloud services.
Providing legal advice to channel and procurement teams and internal clients.
Negotiating SaaS agreements, DPAs, and BAAs with customers.
Updating templates and legal playbooks.
