Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience in a cyber security environment with a proven track record.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and/or cloud hosting preferred.
  • Strong hands-on, energetic, and driven attitude.
  • Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple calls/demos per day.
  • High level of business acumen and experience working with CxO level personnel.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical leadership and direction in developing and positioning cloud native data protection solutions.
  • Serves as a trusted technology advisor and public cloud subject matter expert.
  • Leads technical sales calls, analyzes customer feedback, and identifies trends.
  • Qualifies sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and decision-making processes.
  • Maintains consistent cadence with product management for roadmap alignment.
  • Develops and ensures marketing and sales collateral accuracy.
  • Aids in technical enablement for Rubrik and partners.
  • Drives adoption of cloud native protection technologies across the ecosystem.
