• Work within a cross-functional team to define and develop the strategic roadmap.

• Mentor Product Managers and Designers on conducting lightweight research.
• Enhance qualitative insights with quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run qualitative studies, including field observations, interviews, and usability studies.
• Identify actionable insights through quantitative methods and basic statistical concepts.
• Evaluate information architecture using various methods.
• Collaborate with researchers across multiple teams.
• Lead the research for your squads and suggest methods to capture insights.
• Communicate research findings to inform business decisions.
