Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related roles.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity in a SaaS or technology driven environment.
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Proven track record of managing complex marketing technology stacks and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead the marketing operations strategy, ensuring scalable processes across lead management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack for seamless integration and alignment with sales and customer success teams.
  • Own the lead management process for high-quality lead transitions to sales.
  • Develop and optimize marketing workflows to increase efficiency through automation.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and account management.
  • Govern data management and integrity, enforcing compliance and accuracy across platforms.
  • Lead marketing analytics, creating dashboards and reports on customer journeys.
  • Build and maintain marketing models for forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Partner with finance and revenue operations to align marketing metrics with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends to inform strategy and optimization efforts.
  • Deliver insights to the executive team to identify growth opportunities.
