• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a Client Success Manager position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• System requirements including internet speed, desktop specifications, headset, and home office setup.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their business goals, hiring needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure comprehensive understanding of products.
• Provide training on features and best practices.
• Enhance client satisfaction and retention, track growth metrics and develop strategies for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate product updates to clients.
