Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach with a track record of successful transformation in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and other Agile practices.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals at all levels.
• Expertise in enabling team flow and fostering self-organising teams.
• Exceptional communication and observational skills, providing clear, actionable feedback.
• Experienced in training individuals and teams on Agile practices and delivery.
• Thrive on empowering teams and driving meaningful change.
• Bring an agile mindset beyond just framework knowledge.
• Coach teams in a human-centric, adaptive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Actively coach teams and leaders to adopt Agile principles and drive continuous improvement.
• Support teams by observing meetings, identifying behaviours misaligned with Agile, and providing timely feedback.
• Empower engineers to adopt some Ways of Working (WoW) responsibilities, ensuring efficient team operations.
• Guide teams through impediment removal, facilitating their ability to deliver value autonomously.
• Operate in a consultative and educational capacity, enhancing team productivity and collaboration.
• Collaborate with leadership to align Agile transformation with business goals.
