• Managing consulting experience is a differential advantage.
• Experience with financial statements is a differential.
• Experience in fintech or digital banks is a plus.
• Experience in credit card, CRM, Fraud, or Loans is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of data tools like SQL, Python, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create our strategy division, monitoring industry best practices.
• Understand different business models within the market and how they fit within RecargaPay.
• Track the performance of RecargaPay's products.
• Conduct meetings with C-level executives about new initiatives.
• Understand and monitor competitors' value propositions and movements.
• Understand and synthesize Reports for the C-level, including KPIs, OKRs, and Budget.
• Conduct studies with the finance team that can help us make decisions.
