Requirements:

2+ years of consumer finance or related industry experience
High School Diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent required
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality control standards

Responsibilities:

Validate repossession requests made via the assignment dashboard
Thorough review of assignment criteria outlined in FHF repo manual
Assignment to approved repo agents to include tracking and follow-up for timely recovery of collateral
Maintain effective communication with repossession companies
Ensure proper statuses in all systems pre/post repossession
Process collateral releases to agents/auctions upon reinstatement
Hold/close reviews on all repossessions
Comply with FHF compliance requests and requirements
Some Administrative tasks will be required
Additional duties as assigned by management
