Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop a scalable architecture.
• Experience in leading complex projects and caring for cloud operations.
• Proven ability to implement automation and build self-service resources.
• Knowledge of at least one modern programming language (Java/Kotlin, Ruby, React & Typescript).
• Familiarity with cloud-based services (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) and configuration-as-code (Terraform).
• Experience with system observability tools (Datadog, Sentry) and CI/CD processes (GitHub, Spinnaker).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex projects involving multiple teams.
• Manage cloud operations for numerous services across various regions and environments.
• Implement automation to reduce toil and improve system health.
• Configure observability systems to preempt incidents and enhance continuous improvement.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations as needed.
• Support the development and growth of colleagues through mentorship.
