Requirements:

• 4+ years experience working in multinational, fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Expertise in IFRS accounting standards; familiarity with US GAAP and statutory reporting.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong communicator with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of internal processes and controls.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Clearpay's secondary IFRS ledgers.
• Work with accounting teams to ensure compliance with local materiality levels.
• Oversee trial balances at an entity level.
• Prepare primary financial statements and accounting materials for local board reporting.
• Conduct movement analysis for balance sheet and profit/loss.
• Review externally prepared SPV entity accounts.
• Prepare reports for local regulatory bodies.
• Prepare audited and unaudited financial statements for Clearpay entities.
• Support consolidated financial statement preparation and audits.
• Assist on ad hoc projects.
• Support completion of end-to-end statutory audits, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits.
