Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role in the medical device field – Urology preferred.
• Experience as a high performing quota-bearing sales rep or sales leader in the medical device field – Urology preferred.
• Strong goal-setting skills with documented success in training sales reps.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting sales and marketing through training programs.
• Facilitate sales training courses and advanced training.
• Conduct field rides with sales reps and assess competencies.
• Manage Field Sales Trainers and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with directors to create relevant training content.
