Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role in the medical device field, with Urology preferred.
• Experience as a high-performing quota-bearing sales rep or sales leader in the medical device field.
• Consistency in achieving quotas and a record of sustained growth in territory.
• Leadership experience, including participation in Field Trainer programs.
• Strong goal-setting and implementation skills, demonstrated by a record of accomplishments.
• Exemplar ethics and compliance in business practices.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and solve problems.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and facilitation of core sales training content.
• Facilitate various sales training courses including virtual and in-house workshops.
• Conduct field rides with sales reps as a performance coach.
• Uphold standards and quality of the sales performance development program.
• Manage and direct Field Sales Trainers to meet curriculum objectives.
• Provide feedback and address performance concerns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Participate in regional and area meetings to execute training sessions.
