Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including roles, profiles, and sandbox management.
• Strong understanding of B2B and ABM software ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and desire for accurate information.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify sales and marketing system needs, document and prioritize them, and execute over time.
• Design and implement funnel processes and reporting for various sales teams.
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance, including user provisioning and data quality.
• Research, select, implement, and support integration apps for tracking and management systems.
• Support Sales and Finance teams with deal pipeline and contracting.
