Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, focusing on e-commerce.
• Experience managing a team through campaigns and projects.
• Strong understanding of how design drives eCommerce performance.
• Strong portfolio of designs and/or projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and on-brand visual content, including emails, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Prioritize customer journey and conversion optimization in design work using analytics and A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign briefs to understand objectives and key messages.
• Develop and execute key visuals and art direction for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing channels.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Conduct design critiques and approve assets.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers.
• Oversee project timelines and improve creative processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and design techniques.
