Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT operations and technology management roles.
• At least 5 years in leadership within high-growth cloud-first environments.
• Strong experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and security.
• Experience in regulated environments, particularly healthcare and government contracts, with compliance understanding.
• Experience with Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) processes and managing a CMDB, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Access management automation related to onboarding and offboarding.
• Proven experience in managing and maturing SaaS operations.
• Strong leadership skills for building high-performing teams, especially remote ones.
• Strategic mindset to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IT infrastructure strategy focusing on automation, scalability, security, and reliability to support business growth.
• Oversee planning, project timelines, and resource allocation for strategic vision and execution.
• Ensure IT systems meet compliance standards like SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure resilience, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
• Lead a team of 10, mentoring for high performance and managing remote staff.
• Oversee employee productivity tools and manage device lifecycles.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Lead IT service desk and service management processes.
• Maintain resilient corporate and operational technology networks.
• Develop and manage the IT Ops budget.
