Requirements:

Must be a graduate of any medical course.
1 - 2 years of Medical Scribing Experience.
At least 6 months of Team Lead experience.
With experience in ECW.
Averaging 50-60 WPM typing speed.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Amenable to working night shift.

Responsibilities:

Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats.
Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon.
Overseeing the team in following protocols.
Training and guiding team members on the process, system use, and workflow management.
Monitoring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standards within the team; provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Resolving escalated issues or discrepancies, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
