• 5+ years of work experience in client-facing roles in energy efficiency and renewable energy.
• Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to an entrepreneurial team.
• Understanding of key building systems and the renewable energy space.
• Successful approach to client relationship management.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to master complex selling environments.
• Experience in energy efficiency and sustainability solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Director of Business Development in managing and advancing key transactions.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of contracts.
• Gather and analyze critical information for client engagements.
• Maintain organized records of deal progress and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
• Manage the sales process from initial client introduction.
• Update client-facing activity in Brightcore CRM.
• Work with product support to tailor proposals to client expectations.
• Engage with internal team members for operational handoff.
