Requirements:

• Proficiency in working within and contributing to established design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.
• Experience in creating visually compelling and functional digital interfaces.
• Ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
• Skill in designing to align with specific brand standards and identity.
• Ability to brainstorm, develop, and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Openness to feedback with the ability to iterate designs based on team and client input.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing time across multiple projects.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and occasional client interaction.
• Competence in creating and testing prototypes to validate design decisions.
• Ability to ensure high quality and consistency across all design deliverables.
• Familiarity with HR and benefits themes, or willingness to learn, to understand client-specific needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the creative direction and execution of design projects, aligning with project goals and brand standards.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions, sharing ideas and providing creative solutions.
• Create and refine design elements, ensuring they meet project requirements and contribute to a cohesive visual experience.
• Support the design process from concept to final execution, providing regular updates and collaborating closely with team members.
• Work alongside Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers to ensure design efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader project goals.
• Join client meetings alongside the Design Team Lead as needed, helping to articulate and present design choices.
