- Minimum of 5 years enterprise/cloud software sales experience.
- Experience selling high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level.
- Previous experience selling enterprise HR/HCM applications to multi-national companies.
- Confident in demonstrating software and building ROI presentations.
- Strong ability to establish rapport and relations with stakeholders at all levels.
- Expert level solution selling experience; exposure to The Challenger Sale strategy preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and travel at least 30%.
- Actively source and pursue every qualified opportunity to secure logos using multiple channels.
- Map complex enterprise accounts, building consensus and negotiating/closing agreements.
- Deliver engaging solutions-oriented sales presentations virtually and in-person.
- Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Engage with internal teams to create tailored strategy, messaging, and sales collateral.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities in designated territory of enterprise companies.
- Acquire industry knowledge on trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Manage deal risks and deliver reliable forecasts.
